Galerie 11: Pandan Sticky Rice with Chicken Wings

Hi everyone and my dear friends!

Today, I’d like to share with you a very simple dish. You don’t need a recipe for this dish.

Pandan Sticky Rice: You just soak sticky rice at least for two hours or overnight in warm water. Then, you add some pandan water (slightly higher than surface of sticky rice), a pinch of salt and cook in a rice cooker. Depending on your taste, you can add a few tablespoons of coconut milk.

Chicken Wings with Fish Sauce: You roll the chicken wings in flour and fry them until crispy. Then, you take a small bowl and pour some fish sauce into the bowl; add some sugar, chilli sauce, pepper and stir well together. After that, you heat some oil in a pan and sauté with finely chopped garlic; add crispy chicken wings and fish sauce.
